As part of this commitment we understand that incidents occur for numerous reasons that may require us to improve our personnel, persons served or stakeholder education or incidents which may be beyond anyone's control. After all reasonable steps have been taken to rectify any situation using common sense and adult behavior first and foremost, if these efforts fail we provide a 100% no reprisal formal complaint process. Any formal complaint is taken very seriously and our goals are to ensure your issue will be addressed and you will receive a written response to your formal complaint within a reasonable time period. We want to learn from any incidents in an effort to consistently improve our performance and we have attached a copy of our formal complaint form for your convenience.
