Overall ARC provided high quality programming to 6435 individuals in the last fiscal year with 54% of our persons served identified as female and 46% identified as male. We were also pleased to offer our accredited services to 459 children and adolescents last year.
ARC respects all cultures and has an active and ever evolving Cultural Competency and Diversity Plan - last year we were proud to provide our quality services to all individuals of varying cultural backgrounds with 69% of our population identifying as Caucasian with our second highest ethnicity being middle eastern decent at 18%.
Our satisfaction continues to average over 95% for the last 8 years, 99% of whom would refer a friend or family member to our facility.
