Dear Persons Served,

With the developing information regarding COVID-19 in our community, we would like to remind you that your health and safety is a priority for Advanced Rehabilitation Centres.  Our  Windsor and Tecumseh clinics will remain open with modified hours to provide in-person care.   We ask that you take precautions to protect yourself and our personnel. When attending in-person care, we ask that you wear a fascial covering.  If you are feeling sick, or are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.  The telephone numbers for your specific clinic location can be found under the Locations Tab on this website.

Symptoms of COVID-19 are:

  • new or worsening cough
  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • temperature equal to or over 38°C
  • feeling feverish
  • chills
  • fatigue or weakness
  • muscle or body aches
  • new loss of smell or taste
  • headache
  • gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting)
  • feeling very unwell

We would like to take this opportunity to update you with the precautions we are taking with regards to COVID-19 to ensure health and safety following all current government guidelines.

ARC strictly follows guidelines set by Public Health Ontario, the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario along with reviewing recommendations made by the Ontario Physiotherapy, Ontario Chiropractic and Ontario Kinesiology Association. Advanced Rehabilitation Centre’s Policies and Procedures for Infection have been updated and are continually updated based upon new information to conform to the requirements set by the respective regulatory bodies. ARC has always enforced strict disinfection and sanitation practices and we continue to be vigilant; our number one priority is the health and safety of everyone in our community.
